About the Role
Mandleva is seeking an experienced financial leader to serve as CFO and Head of Finance & Administration. This is a foundational role — you will build our financial infrastructure from the ground up, establish controls and processes, and serve on the Board of Directors as the organisation scales.
What You Will Do
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Establish financial controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead HR and administrative operations
- Advise the Board and Founder on financial strategy and risk
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax law, CAC requirements, and FIRS obligations
- Prepare the company for investment readiness and potential fundraising
What We Are Looking For
- check_circle5+ years of financial management experience
- check_circleStrong knowledge of Nigerian corporate finance and tax law
- check_circleExperience with financial reporting and audit management
- check_circleProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- check_circleExcellent organisational and administrative skills
- check_circleIntegrity, discretion, and high attention to detail
Nice to Have
- add_circleCPA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification
- add_circleExperience in a tech startup or fast-growth environment
- add_circleFamiliarity with CAC filings and corporate secretarial work
